We hired Halvard and Tremain as they came highly recommended. Advertised as experienced urban regenerists, we expected the job to be finished quickly … we were wrong. After loading up the building, Tremain turned to Halvard and whispered, “let’s take this thing to Mexico.” We haven’t seen ’em since.

i don’t think, that a minute is time enough to answer questions about one snail. and there are two of them ; with a huge metallic shell, like a house in a big city. you know how long they will have to crawl at a snail’s pace…….
    i’m waiting and waiting and…
o good grief, they have forgotten to turn on the lights, so they can not see the way.
    i’m waiting and …
maybe i should wait until tomorrow but i have not time enough to do that. maybe one of you can stay and wait and look around and explain, what the two will do.

“And here they come round the turn- it’s Number 4: Obchique’s Dazzleslug VL-R gaining on Number 7: Team Mingstreb’s cyborg entry, Sgringstreem.”
“I thought data-snails were outlawed in garkopod races?”
“Yes, there was a ruling last year and it turns out that Team Mingstreb finally appealed to the financial side of the racing board. Wait, what’s this? After a few short hours folks, it looks like Number 4 is gaining on 7!”
    (Crowd cheering)
“It seems like Number 4 is getting a bit too close there, Beff.”
“He’s muscling up to him, wait, it looks like he’s …cutting him OFF!”
(Sounds of brakes squealing, and a crash)
“Oh…my. The firetruck is called. I’m sure we’ll be seeing the footage of that over and over in the days to come.”
“It shows to go you, Theem. Anything can happen in this gritty sport…”

    while i’m waiting…
o get closer, the two are crawling back into their cosy unbreakable metallic home, turn on the light, give each other a hug. if you are close enough, you can see it through the very small window. don’t disturb!
they turn off the light. and… that’s all, no plan, no destination, absolutly nothing. only silence and peace in a monsternowhereland.

Sid and Sam Slug were the best twin-movers the city of Minitown had ever seen. The governor never said where they came from, but they were definitely foreign. These two were bigger than the skyscraper that stood in the middle of the city, and it was twenty-one stories high!
On the day of the new TwittyBank’s completion, Sid and Sam got the call. They rushed (as fast as giant slugs could rush) to the building site, and picked the bank right up on their backs.
“We’re taking it to 4th and Vine, Sid,” said Sam, and Sam just smiled, in a moment of true love of his job, and business partner, Sam.
    ——————————–
    I said I would post a story!
I was going to wait until one called to me, and this one just did. 🙂
    Hope you enjoyed!
